Indian Health Service Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Contract Health Services Report

The Indian Health Service is seeking public comment on a proposed 60-day information collection project to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection, titled 'Indian Health Service Contract Health Services Report,' will be used to certify health care services, validate provider services, process payments, and serve as a legal document.
