Coast Guard Finalizes Rule on Crew Requirements for Large Passenger Vessels

The U.S. Coast Guard has finalized a rule allowing qualified non-resident aliens to work on large passenger vessels, with requirements for employment and vessel endorsement, following amendments to Coast Guard regulations published in 2007.
