FINRA Approves Rule Change to Regulate Payments to Influential Publications

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 5230, which aims to regulate payments made to publications that may influence the market price of a security, and will be incorporated into the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
