Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Naval Underwater Detonation Training on San Clemente Island

The US Coast Guard is setting up a safety zone around the Northwest Harbor on San Clemente Island, CA, to protect people and vessels from potential hazards during a Naval Underwater Detonation training exercise scheduled for October and November.
