Stagecoach Group PLC and Coach USA, Inc. Seek Acquisition of Control of Twin America, LLC

Stagecoach Group PLC and its affiliates, along with Coach USA, Inc. and other entities, have filed an application with the US Department of Transportation to acquire control of Twin America, LLC, a motor passenger carrier, following a subpoena from the New York State Attorney General's office regarding the operation of several related entities.
