OPM Requests Public Comment on Occupational Questionnaire Form 1203-FX

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking public input on its Occupational Questionnaire, OPM Form 1203-FX, as part of its effort to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to review and comment on the form, which is used to collect information for federal agencies.
