NOAA Appoints Three New Members to Performance Review Board

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has appointed three new members to serve on the NOAA Performance Review Board (PRB), a committee responsible for reviewing performance appraisals and making recommendations on retention and compensation matters, as mandated by the Senior Executive Service and Senior Professional Service regulations.
