Western Area Power Administration to Modify Groton Generation Station Interconnection Agreement

The Western Area Power Administration plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to modify its agreement with Basin Electric Power Cooperative, allowing the Groton Generation Station to operate beyond its current 50 MW average output limit.
