CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) Determines Availability of Cotton/Nylon/Spandex Raschel Knit Open Work Crepe Fabric

The CITA committee has determined that a specific type of fabric, cotton/nylon/spandex raschel knit open work crepe fabric, is not commercially available in sufficient quantities in a timely manner in the CAFTA-DR countries, prompting its addition to the list in Annex 3.25 of the agreement.
