U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Post-Delisting Monitoring Plan for Concho Water Snake

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft plan to monitor the Concho water snake's status and habitat for 15 years if it is removed from the endangered species list.
