US Department of Labor Provides Guidance on Unemployment Compensation Modernization and Relief

The Employment and Training Administration has issued updated guidance to help state workforce agencies qualify for incentive payments to modernize their unemployment compensation laws and clarify special transfers of funds, loan advances, and tax relief related to Public Law 111-5.
