EPA Modifies Tolerances for Certain Herbicides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized regulatory actions on tolerances for metolachlor, S-metolachlor, bifenazate, buprofezin, and 2,4-D, following its reregistration program under FIFRA and tolerance reassessment program under FFDCA section 408(q).
