EPA Proposes Determinations of Ozone Attainment in New Jersey and Upstate New York

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that several ozone nonattainment areas in New York and New Jersey have met the national ozone standards, based on three years of air quality data from 2006-2008, and have continued to meet these standards with recent air quality data.
