Proposed Administrative Agreement and Order on Consent Pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act for Certain Remedial Activities at the South Minneapolis Residential Soil Contamination Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing an administrative agreement with Open Arms of Minnesota to address soil contamination at a residential site in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The agreement would require Open Arms to perform remedial actions and pay EPA's costs.
