EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Lead Maintenance Plan Update

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve an update to Indiana's lead maintenance plan for Marion County, which aims to maintain the state's compliance with the 1.5 micrograms per cubic meter National Ambient Air Quality Standard, as required by the Clean Air Act.
