USDA Forest Service and BLM Cooperate on Concow Hazardous Fuels Reduction Project Environmental Impact Statement

In response to increasing wildfires and resource damage, the USDA Forest Service and BLM are collaborating to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposal to create Defensible Fuels Profile Zones on 1,478 acres of forestland and 32 acres of administered land within the Wildland Urban Interface in the Plumas National Forest.
