VA Amends Loan Guaranty Regulations for Specially Adapted Housing Assistance

The Department of Veterans Affairs has updated its loan guarantee rules to provide automatic annual cost-of-construction index increases for eligible individuals purchasing specially adapted housing, as mandated by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
