NMFS to Issue Public Comment on EFP Application for Summer Flounder Exemptions

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, has decided to issue a public comment period for an exempted fishing permit application submitted by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County Marine Program, which would exempt participating vessels from summer flounder size and mesh restrictions.
