CFTC Announces Opportunity for Public Comment on Collection of Information Related to Clearing Member Risk Management

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public input on extending a collection of information related to clearing documentation, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, and will allow 60 days for comments before making a final decision.
