NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to eliminate Chapter V, Section 13 (Unusual Market Conditions) of the BOX Trading Rules and modify related rules. The BOX Trading Rules will be updated to align with NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc.'s regulatory requirements.
