U.S. Extends Exemptions for Personal Duties for Returning Residents

The U.S. government has extended the exemptions for certain personal duties for returning U.S. residents, following changes to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, as mandated by the Trade Act of 2002 and the Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act of 2004.
