US Department of Agriculture Waives Environmental Impact Statement for Prop Canyon Watershed, New Mexico

The Natural Resources Conservation Service has announced that it will not prepare an environmental impact statement for the Prop Canyon Watershed, Site 1 in New Mexico, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant regulations.
