EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan Under Clean Air Interstate Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised air quality implementation plan for Ohio, addressing the requirements of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and expanding the state's participation in the NOx Ozone Season Trading Program, effective July 15, 2009, and August 13, 2009.
