MHA Nation's Proposed Clean Fuels Refinery Receives Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Indian Affairs and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency have published a Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Clean Fuels Refinery on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, extending the public comment period until October 28, 2009.
