U.S. Coast Guard Announces Public Meetings for New Ballast Water Regulations
The U.S. Coast Guard will hold six public meetings to discuss proposed rules for regulating living organisms in ballast water discharged in U.S. waters, with the first four meetings scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
