Grassland Bypass Project in California to Continue Until December 31, 2019, with Environmental Impact Statement and Report

The project involves the use of a portion of the San Luis Drain to convey subsurface agricultural irrigation water to Mud Slough, requiring amendments to the Basin Plan and Memorandum of Understanding.
