DHS Proposes Exemptions for VSPR Records Under Privacy Act

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to exempt certain records from the Privacy Act of 1974 for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Visa Security Program Records, citing enforcement requirements.
