FRA Announces High-Speed Passenger Rail Safety Strategy and Guidelines

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is developing a high-speed passenger rail safety strategy and highway-rail grade crossing guidelines as part of its plan to invest in a 100-mile to 600-mile high-speed passenger rail network across America, following a high level of interest in the projects, with over 30 comments received so far.
