U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Review and Amend Clark County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a proposed amendment to the Clark County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit, which would increase species habitat disturbance, reduce the number of covered species, and revise the permit term to 50 years.
