NMFS Proposes Rule to Improve Efficiency of North Pacific Groundfish Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a rule to enhance the North Pacific Groundfish Observer Program, aiming to improve data collection and conservation efforts for North Pacific groundfish fisheries, including those in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands, and the Gulf of Alaska.
