EPA Announces State Innovation Grant Program Solicitation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a preliminary notice to solicit pre-proposals for its 2010 State Innovation Grant Program, which supports innovation by state environmental agencies, and is expected to publish a solicitation announcement on the grants.gov website within 45 days.
