EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Generating Station Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) regarding the assessment of visibility improvements at surrounding Class I areas and the cost effectiveness of Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) for the Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Generating Station, at the request of the Hopi Tribe and the Navajo Nation, until October 28, 2009.
