Public Notice: Operating Instructions for Implementing Trade Act Amendments

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is publishing public notice of the availability of a new Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) 22-08, outlining instructions for implementing amendments to the Trade Act of 1974, enacted by the Trade and Globalization Adjustment Assistance Act of 2009, signed into law on May 15, 2009, by Deputy Assistant Secretary Douglas F. Small.
