Availability for Licensing of U.S. Patent Application for Novel Rapamycin Treatment of Toxic Shock

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Army, has made available the licensing of a novel use and method of rapamycin to treat toxic shock, as outlined in a U.S. provisional patent application filed on August 5, 2009, with serial number 61/231,348.
