EPA Announces Annual Adjustment Factors for Excess Emissions Penalty under Acid Rain Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a notice stating the annual adjustment factors for excess emissions penalties under the Acid Rain Program, which will be adjusted based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for compliance years 2009 and 2010.
