EPA Approves Ozone Attainment Contingency Measures for San Joaquin Valley, CA

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved California's 1-hour ozone attainment contingency measures for the San Joaquin Valley, reversing a proposed disapproval from July 14, 2009, following technical information provided by the California Air Resources Board.
