Loan Guaranty: Assistance to Eligible Individuals in Acquiring Specially Adapted Housing

The Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing changes to its Loan Guaranty regulations to improve readability and provide more detail about program policies, with the goal of assisting eligible individuals in acquiring specially adapted housing. The proposed amendments incorporate legislation, policy changes, and a VA Office of the General Counsel legal opinion.
