EPA Approves Indiana's Extended Permit Terms for Renewal of Federally Enforceable State Operating Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's revised rule to extend the terms of Federally Enforceable State Operating Permits (FESOPs) from five to ten years, following a review of public comments.
