US Department of Housing and Urban Development Designates Difficult Development Areas and Qualified Census Tracts for 2010

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has designated 'Difficult Development Areas' and 'Qualified Census Tracts' for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as part of its annual designation process, which will also include the designation of Qualified Census Tracts based on revised metropolitan statistical area definitions published by the Office of Management and Budget.
