Notice of Proposed Information Collection for Public Comment Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System Access Authorization Form and Rules of Behavior and User Agreement

The Department is seeking public input on a proposed information collection requirement for the Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
