FAA Extends Operating Limitations at Newark Liberty International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended its 2008 order limiting scheduled aircraft operations at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) during peak hours, extending it by approximately two years to October 29, 2011, and clarifying that it will not use an auction procedure to allocate new or returned capacity.
