Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Beachfest Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a restricted area in the Pacific Ocean off San Diego, California, to ensure public safety during the Beachfest Fireworks Display, which is scheduled to take place. The safety zone will be enforced by the Captain of the Port and his designated representatives to prevent unauthorized vessels from entering the area.
