U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Changes to Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge Regulations

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to update its regulations for the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge, allowing for public use of a bear-viewing program and restricting camping and snowmachine use in certain areas to protect brown-bear habitats.
