EPA Proposes to Delete Erroneous Clean Air Act Rules in Arizona and Nevada
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove certain statutes and rules that were incorrectly approved under the Clean Air Act as part of the Arizona and Nevada state implementation plans, which were adopted by local health departments and environmental commissions.
