Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Announces Amendments to Underwriting Assessments and Disclosures in Primary Offerings

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board has filed amendments to its rules A-13 and G-32, which will take effect immediately, to update underwriting assessments and disclosures related to primary offerings.
