EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Diego Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the San Diego Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from cold solvent cleaning and vapor degreasing operations, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
