US Department of Commerce Revokes Part of Antidumping Duty Order on Frozen Shrimp from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce has revoked part of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand, effective January 16, 2009, and has determined that the current form of the Rubicon Group, including Phatthana Frozen Food Co., Ltd. and Sea Wealth Frozen Food Co., Ltd., is the successor-in-interest to the original Rubicon Group during the investigation period.
