Agency Information Collection (Call Center Satisfaction Survey) Activities Under OMB Review

The Veterans Benefits Administration, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is submitting a collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This submission describes the information collection, its expected cost and burden, and the actual data collection instrument.
