Surface Transportation Board Amends Regulations to Remove Secretary's Delegations of Authority

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) has amended its regulations to eliminate the Secretary's delegations of authority, reassigning them to other offices, and making updates to correct outdated references, exempting the action from public notice and comment requirements.
