Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection: OMB Review of Reinstatement of Disability Annuity Previously Terminated Because of Restoration to Earning Capacity

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection, which informs former disability annuitants of their right to request restoration under U.S. law. The OPM estimates that 200 forms are completed annually, taking approximately 60 minutes to respond, including a medical examination.
